At Asaan Deals Electronics, we stand by the quality of our products and services. Please read the policy below to understand when a refund, exchange, or warranty service applies.
1. Overview
· No Returns for change of mind or minor color variances (filters, screen settings, and photography may cause slight color differences).
· Exchanges are available when you decide a different model or color is needed subject to stock availability.
· Refunds only for valid reasons: defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.
2. Valid Reasons for Refunds
You may request a full refund only if:
1. The item arrives defective or damaged through transit.
2. You receive a wrong product (different model, specification, or SKU).
All other cases including change of mind, preference changes, or minor color discrepancies are handled via exchange only.
3. How to Request a Refund
1. Log In & Submit: In “My Orders,” click Request Refund beside the affected Order.
2. Choose Reason: Select “Defective,” “Damaged,” or “Wrong Item Delivered.”
3. Schedule Pickup: We arrange prepaid pickup within 24 hours of your request.
4. Inspection & Approval: Our team inspects the returned item within 3 business days.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
· Approval Notification: You’ll receive an email once inspection is complete.
· Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.
· Method:
o Online Payments: Refund to the original payment source.
o Post‑Payment/COD: Bank transfer or store credit, per your preference.
5. Exchanges (All Other Cases)
· Eligibility: Wrong color/model preference, or any case not listed under valid refund reasons.
· Process:
1. Request an exchange via “My Orders.”
2. Our logistics partner picks up the original item (prepaid).
3. We dispatch your requested replacement once the original item is received in saleable condition.
· Price Differences: Any extra amount due or refundable will be settled upon order of the replacement item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
· Valid Refund Reasons: We cover all return shipping and pickup charges.
· Exchanges: We cover pickup; you only pay any price difference for the replacement item.
· Invalid Refund Reasons (e.g., change of mind): You bear any shipping cost for returning the original item if an exchange is requested.
7. Service Warranty Terms
· Coverage Period: Up to 2 years from date of delivery, as specified per product.
· What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects and failures under normal use. We bear the cost of parts and labor for covered repairs.
· What’s Not Covered:
o Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
o Wear and tear or parts damaged due to negligence.
o Cosmetic scratches or dents not affecting functionality.
· Claim Process:
1. Contact support with your order number and description of the issue.
2. Ship the defective item to our authorized service center (prepaid by us).
3. Upon inspection, we will repair or replace covered parts at no charge.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If 7 days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received your funds:
1. Check your bank or wallet account.
2. Contact us with your Order number for investigation.
