Welcome to Asaan Deals Electronics. By accessing or using asaandeals.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”: Asaan Deals Electronics.
  • “Customer”, “you”, “your”: Any person or entity accessing the Site or placing an order.
  • “Products”: Electronics and home appliances offered for sale.
  • “Order”: A confirmed purchase request placed through the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By using the Site or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place an Order.

3. Account Registration

  1. To place an Order, you may be required to register an account with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

4. Product Information

  1. We make every effort to display accurate product images, specifications, and prices.
  2. In the event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order placed for affected Products.

5. Order Processing & Confirmation

  1. After you place an Order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming receipt (“Order Confirmation”).
  2. An Order is not binding until we send the Order Confirmation.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
  2. We offer the following payment methods:
    • Post‑Payment (Check First, Then Pay): Inspect your Products before paying (available in Rawalpindi & Islamabad only).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) beyond the post‑payment zones.
    • Online Wallets & Bank Transfers with instant confirmation.
    • Debit & Credit Cards via secure, 3D‑secure checkout.
  3. Payment is due in full at the time of Order placement, except for post‑payment Orders, which are due immediately upon inspection and acceptance.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Express Delivery (24–48 hrs): Rawalpindi & Islamabad.
  2. Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): All other cities in Pakistan.
  3. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
  4. You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your Order ships.

8. Cancellation & Modification

  1. You may cancel or modify your Order free of charge within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer care.
  2. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy below.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, packaging, and with all accessories.
  2. Initiation: Log in to “My Orders” and click “Request Return.”
  3. Refunds:
    • Full refund to original payment method within 5 business days of inspection approval.
    • For post‑payment Orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  4. Exchanges: Place a new Order for the desired item; we’ll process price differences or refunds upon receipt and inspection of the original Product.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Covered by us for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • Borne by you for change‑of‑mind returns (use a trackable service).

10. Warranty & Service

  1. Select Products carry up to a 2‑year service warranty, covering manufacturer defects.
  2. To claim warranty service, contact our support team with proof of purchase.
  3. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear and tear.

11. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Asaan Deals Electronics or its licensors.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total purchase price of the Products giving rise to the claim.
  2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  2. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.

14. Changes to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  2. Revised versions become effective when posted on the Site.
  3. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
